At our shop, we do not simply finish with “just dressing you” or “just renting out the yukata.” We are committed to providing advice so that even first-time yukata wearers can have a wonderful experience.
When you make a reservation in advance and we have enough time, there is no problem. However, on the day of major events like fireworks festivals, many customers visit at once, and the time available for explanations is limited.
If you can communicate in even basic Japanese, we can provide our usual guidance and instructions for dressing.
However, if you do not understand Japanese at all, it takes a significant amount of time to explain everything using translation software.
For this reason, we apply a different fee for customers who cannot communicate in Japanese (“Japanese NG”).
